Day 1

A rather uneventful but successful day. Day 1 was supposed to be the most difficult but it was much better than I expected.

That I was at home with a bandaged hand, and not much to do, was supposed to make matters difficult; the idle mind being the devil's workshop and all and a FAG being the best way to set the ball rolling; but it was ok - apart from the occasional craving, no major withdrawal symptoms.

PS: For people who think I am posting in Greek, bear with me - I am trying to give up smoking !
